The Ravnica Guildwatch continue to struggle as they lost in the mists of Vizkopa Bank Stadium by a score of 6-1 to the Metro City Fighters. With just 7 hits sprinkled throughout 5 different innings, the only run that the Guildwatch could produce was a solo home run by Angrath with 1 out in the 6th inning. Otherwise, it was all Fighters, with Metro City stringing together 4 different run-scoring rallies throughout the game. A bases loaded walk to Blanka got the Fighters started with their scoring, as Blanka contributed a total of 2 RBIs and a run scored himself in the contest, while Chun-Li managed a 4-for-5 game and batting in 2 runs of her ownafter two hitless games to start the season. Ryu looked to be much better this time as well, pitching 8 full innings while only giving up the 1 run as opposed to being chased out early as he was in the first game of the season.
