The Remnant Hunters may have given up an early lead in the 4th inning, but the combined effort of the Schnee sisters kept the Mario All-Stars from scoring again in a 3-1 victory for the Hunters. With only 5 total baserunners, the friendly confines of Peach's Courtyard did not provide the home-field advantage the Mario All-Stars were hoping for. A combination of misty rain and a brick infield created a perfest storm of difficult fielding that caused the All-Stars to commit 2 errors of their own, the second of which led to both of the unearned runs given up by Peach. Though it is difficult to find a standout offensive performance in these conditions, Emerald Sustrai of the Hunters added to her already hot start with a 2-for-4 day and an RBI. Though she is near the bottom of the lineup for the Hunters, she now stands as one of the best batters in the league.
